Fixes a recovery issue when a nested LRA and its parent are managed by the same coordinator.

Description

When a Nested LRA is created it should be possible to close it (endLRA).

It is still possible to compensate it, even after coordinator restart.
Coordinator restart logic should be analyzed, it should be able to close Nested LRAs too.
Note: Required LRAs do work as expected.
