Remove standalone-cmr.xml from ArjunaJTA/jta

    Description

      It is not good practice to save WFLY's standalone-cmr.xml (or any standalone*.xml configuration) in Narayana's codebase as these files are hard to maintain (e.g. WFLY can change the structure of these files in the future). The right thing to do is to modify this kind of files through a different tool, for example WildFly maven plugin, JBoss CLI, etc.
