[JBTM-2913] Make the SPI a true dependency of standalone narayana-jta pom.xml

This means that users can simply import the narayana-jta dependency rather than both it and the SPI.

It is useful when being consumed by jbpm for example.

hi thjenkin@redhat.com, checking jiras for the 5.8.0.Final release. As I can see PRs being merged, do you think this is fixed and could be marked as resolved with the appropriate fix version?
