Description
Currently the drools/BRMS engine prefers a flat fact model. If the application model uses a highly normalized object model with inheritance and composition it is expensive for the rules engine to use it.
Why not create annotations for mapping from a robust object model to a flat fact and back. We could use something similar to what we use in Hibernate to map an object model to and from a flat database architecture.
