Fix missing service loader for automatically activate disable count check

    Description

      As part of JBPM-9748, we need to automatically  add JbpmMetadataContributor class to be loaded atomatically when disabling row count check in hibernate, otherwise this won't get taken into account. 

      So this class has to be added as part of the service loader
