    Description

      The SVG and glyph used for TextAnnotations needs revision. The horizontal lines are too long, the text must pass through (extend beyond) the borders. The BPM representation is illustrated in "Figure 8.16 - A Text Annotation" at https://www.omg.org/spec/BPMN/2.0/PDF.
