Generated REST resource class causes duplicate operation id in swagger when multiple public processes are in the project

if there are multiple public process definition in the project all of them will get generated REST resource class. Since it is based on the template all of them will have the same method name and thus will have same operation id in swagger which is then invalid swagger definition
