Stunner - Drop the work item deployment support from process designer

As from 7.3.GA release, the service tasks are being managed in the main workbench administration area, so it should be analyzed if the work items deployment tasks shuld be removed from the process designer.

PS: One of the deployment methods relies on http calls.
