Admin page in business central for managing work items repository

New admin page should be added for managing work items repository. There should be some global settings such as

• install handler jar into BC maven repo (true | false)
• auto update for installed service tasks (true | false)
• use version range for maven dependencies to work items (true | false)

List of currently available service tasks with option to enable or disable it

Import from external service repository, similar list as for the available services but in modal where only selected items are imported and enabled in BC. That also includes the Maven artifacts to be installed into BC maven repo
