Mock like work item handler that accepts either one or more outputs or lambda

Provide out of the box (kind of) Mock WorkItemHandler implementation that could be used to quickly test domain specific services (work items). This should allow to pass a lambda to it that will be responsible for producing results with optional conditions on data inputs.
