CM marshaling bug: process variable data type not saved

1. add a stage to the diagram
2. add another stage to the stage
3. add a subprocess to the second stage
4. set multiple process variables to the subprocess and stage
5. save the diagram and load the diagram

Issue: the data type of the first subprocess's process variable is missing
