Cases with activation conditions on nodes fails to build in workbench

Whenever there is a case that uses activation condition on a node (CMMN based) that will fail to build in workbench with following exception

org.jbpm.casemgmt.impl.CaseUtils cannot be resolved to a type

this is caused by wrong packaging of the CaseUtils class - it needs to be in the jbpm-case-api module.
