[Workbench] Enable and make Stunner the default process editor

    Description

      Make the Stunner the default process editor.
      Tasks:

      • Enable Stunner (actually editor is disabled by default via permissions)
      • Change asset name for Stunner to "Business Process"
      • Change asset name for jbpm-designer to "Business Process (legacy)"
      • Also the user should be able to create processes from the "legacy" designer (jbpm-designer)
      • Already existing processes should be opened with the "legacy" designer (jbpm-designer)

      Integrate this into 7.7.x for next 7.0 ERx/GA release.
