      Switch to a non-US keyboard layout (e.g. Czech QWERTY)
      Try to add a component (e.g. a Slider) to a form.
      Try to edit any number input (e.g. max value) on the form that pops up.

    Description

      It's not possible to edit number inputs using a non-US layout. The implementation disallows using Shift but without it it's not possible to type numbers on e.g. Czech QWERTY.
