"Unable to complete your request..." error for forms with a Slider component based on an Integer field.

    Description

      Slider component can be created either from Double or Integer field type. However when you choose the second option, you get following error on runtime:

      Unable to complete your request. The following exception occurred: The first converter converts java.lang.Double to java.lang.Double but the second converts from java.lang.Integer to java.lang.Integer.
