Not possible to use last Snapshot of KIE Workbench with non-default l10n

1. Download latest SNAPSHOT (I used snapshot from 13.01.2017), deploy it on WildFly 10 or EAP 7.0 2. Start KIE Workbench and create any empty project 3. Change language to Japanese 4. Go to Authoring -> Project Authoring (オーサリング -> Project Authoring) Actual Result: 要求を完了できません。次の例外が発生しました: Parameter named 'caption' should be filled!。 Error shown. Now you are not able to navigate anywhere, if you try to go to, for example, tasks you will see 要求を完了できません。次の例外が発生しました: Exception caught: Panel still contains parts: [PartDefinitionImpl [place=PlaceRequest["org.kie.workbench.common.screens.messageconsole.MessageConsole" {}]]]。 Reset Perspectives button is doesn't help. Expected Result: User can select any language he/she prefer and author any asset without complications.
