Administration service for processes and tasks - services api and kie server

In many situations there is a need to perform administrative operations on process instance or task instance. That leads to low level and deep knowledge need which might be difficult to apply for as service deployments.
Services API and KIE Server should provide easy to access and run set of administrative operations:
Process instance

• cancel node instance
• retrigger node instance (cancels and creates new instance of the same node)
• update timer
• get active node instances
• get active timers
• get all process nodes in the process of given process instance

Task

• add/remove potential owner
• add/remove excluded owner
• add/remove business admins
• modify task inputs
• schedule reassignments (when not started or when not completed - based on deadlines)
• schedule notifications (when not started or when not completed - based on deadlines)
