Accept and process scanner config when creating new container

    Description

      If we start kie-server in unmanaged mode and try to create container with scanner info using REST API, container is created successfully but scanner info is ignored.

      The scanner part of the KieContianerResource is simply ignored right now. KIE Server needs to pick that up and configure the scanner directly when creating the container.
