Process instance variables: Variable content is trimmed, maximum is 255 chars

The TASKVARIABLEIMPL column is limited to the default 255 chars, this quite easy to exceed - especially when using forms and long text fields without restrictions. A variable that is longer than those 255 chars is automatically trimmed.
