DB2 upgrade script bpms-6.0-to-6.1.sql doesn't change SessionInfo.id datatype properly if there are no sessions stored

The SQL upgrade script bpms-6.0-to-6.1.sql for DB2 contains a procedure for changing SessionInfo id datatype. But when there are no sessions stored, the datatype doesn't change. Will make a PR for this.
