Same SQL commands from script jbpm-6.0-to-6.1.sql are present also in jbpm-6.1-to-6.2.sql DB2 script

There are the same SQL commands present in 6.1 to 6.2 DB2 upgrade script that are in 6.0. to 6.1. script. This mistake is only in community upgrade scripts. Product scripts are fine. I will make a PR for this.
