Make jbpm executor to run with application server managed threads

since jbpm/drools apps can be (and usually are) deployed to application servers (JBoss, WebSphere, etc) running background threads is not welcome and causes lots of problems with access to various resources (UserTransaction, CDI beans, etc) thus there is a strong need to have JEE friendly jbpm executor.
