Provide access to actual process variable via remote api

Currently all access to variable information is done over history log which limits the content of the variable to the string representation and in case of big objects is truncated to 255 chars by default.

It would be quite useful to provide access to the real object instances of the process variables as long as process instance is active via remote api, same way as it's available via local API.
