I18NTextImpl doesn't update shortText when text is updated

Even if you update I18NTextImpl.text, I18NTextImpl.shortText is not updated. So for example, after you update task name of a Task, you will find old task name in a TaskSummary which you queried by getTasksAssignedAsPotentialOwner().
