When performing Build & deploy in kie-wb, we should have adequate error reporting if something goes wrong. For example, if deploy fails because this version was already deployed and undeploy fails because there are process instances active.

Maybe it's also a good idea to do an "Already exists, are you sure you want to override" if this version was already deployed before (as in general the user should update the version before doing a new Build & deploy.
