The swtich statement in the toString() method of class RuleFlowNodeLogEvent doesn't handle the following event types:

BEFORE_RULEFLOW_NODE_EXITED
AFTER_RULEFLOW_NODE_EXITED

I realise this is a pretty minor issue, but it confused me when I was outputting log events in trace statements.
Anyway, I thought I'd register it as a bug.
