The AbstractFormDispacher will try to load a template and fails with a ConnectException: Connection refused: connect if tha console does not run on the default port 8080 and this has not been corrcted in the properties file within the packaged war. Moreover it will fail for different packages as it is hard-coded to the defaultPackage.
