cache attribute missing from 4.3 jpdl xsd

The dev guide mentions that user object caching can be controlled by using cache="disabled", but the "cache" attribute is not present in the JPDL xsd.

Please also check whether this attribute should be added to the 4.0, 4.2 and/or 4.1 xsds.
