Remove dependency on jBPM3

  setting up jBPM as well. There seem to be various dependencies on
  jBPM here and there, and I have errors when I deploy only the
  gwt-console-server module. One is for example authentication. I know
  you had some dummy integration set up at some point, where you
  returned hardcoded sample dummy data for the various managers. Would
  it be possible to have something very simple like that, where it would
  be easy to test the console independent of a specific jBPM
  implementation as well? It would also be the ideal example other
  people can use to integrate their own implementation.
