Unable to get process in process definatio

Hi,

I am trying to run sample remote server to check my business process status but it is giving me error I am unable to resolve it please give me guidance if I am missing something. I am running my project with host ip not using localhost, using localhost things working fine but with it is not showing anything in process defination,

I also tried with change ip and port for this.
