Handle TimerMappingInfo desynchronization with EjbTImer

TimerMappingInfo is a sort of index for EJBTimer. But since we are not really controlling EJBTime lyfecylc, despite the existence of a listener, there exist the possibility of the tables getting disalinged.
In that situation, we are currently hiding the exception and performing a linear search, because of the contraints of the EJB timer standard.
One way to improve the situation, although hacky, is to assume certain wildfy internal behaviour to speed up that search.
