IsLocalInterceptor incorrectly asserts local container availability

Some test fail with: Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Container jboss.j2ee:ear=ee5client-test.ear,jar=ee5client-test.jar,name=HelloWorldBean,service=EJB3,VMID=1f556e0744b10064:-5c6b7342:13966605a1a:-789a is not registered

Message. This probably happens when archive is either not installed or is uninstalled prematurely( or due to some timeout )
