Splash screens can now be used via izpack. The following tag must be provided via the <filename>resources.xml</filename> inside the <literal><xfragment></literal> tag :
<code><res id="splash" src="@{install.config.dir}/images/splash.png" /></code>. The <literal>src</literal> is user configurable however the <literal>id</literal> must remain "splash". The splash size is directly proportional to the size of the image provided.

This patch allows splash screens to be used via izpack.

the src is of-course user-configurable, however the id must remain "splash".
