HornetQ did not ship with a <filename>switch.bat</filename> script for customers running HornetQ on Microsoft Windows servers. While HornetQ could be installed by running ant in the HornetQ directory containing the <filename>build.xml</filename> file, this was not consistent with the Linux environment. A switch.bat script is shipped for Microsoft Windows customers, which replicates the switch.sh script behavior in Linux environments.

Description
There's switch.sh, which is not of much use on Windows. Shouldn't there be a switch.bat?
