    Description

      Say if the server has a big GC, the client may miss a client-period-check and already try the reconnection.

      Users wouldn't expect to play with reattachment on this scenario since there wasn't any temporary failure. For that the TTL on the client pinging would avoid any packets missing because of a full GCs
