JBossWS CXF User Guide does not contain Authentication Information - port from JBOSSCC-71

As part of the Common Criteria certification for EAP 5.1.0, Authentication needed to be covered in the CXF User Guide. I have incorporated the information into https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBOSSCC-71, but will not churn the information into the other CXF User Guide versions until the CC version is Peer Reviewed and approved.
