      ThreadlocalPool does not remove active BeanContext instances from InfinitePool which
      results on a memory leak.

      I'm having the customer test a possible workaround which involves using StrictMaxPool,
      which does not has this issue, rather than ThreadlocalPool. I'll update asap.
