Update component versions in Release notes (for mod_cluster)

The release notes claims there is mod_cluster 1.0.2.GA , but I believe there is version 1.0.3.GA - and might change for CR2 as well (I tried to push inclusion of the version in the binary package as well but it was rejected, thats why its important to keep this matrix up to date).

Furthermore:

• the columns should compare 2 versions, but there is only one column filled in?
• the EAP version is written as "EAP 5.0.0 CP01 " arent we switching to non-cp version naming? i.e. EAP 5.0.1 ?
