diffs in jars between svn and zip

Following jars differ when comparing the zip distro with the bits built from svn

Diffs in class files, the manifests tells that both jars are of the same implementation version (1.4.6.GA), but the jar in svn has been built with JDK 1.4 and the jar in the zip distro with JDK 1.5.

The jar shipped in the zip distro doesn't contain org/apache/ws/scout/transport/AxisTransport.class
and some dependencies in META-INF/maven/org.apache.ws.scout/scout/pom.xml
have been commented out.

only one class differs and it looks like just line numbers are mixed? Attaching diff of decompiled class file (jboss-ejb3-security-client.jar.diff)
