    Description

      Deploy jboss-seam-booking.ear and from Admin console:
      -> jboss-seam-booking.ear -> Control -> Stop
      -> Enterprise Application(EAR)s -> status of the ear is DOWN
      -> jboss-seam-booking.ear -> Control -> Start
      -> Enterprise Application(EAR)s -> status of the ear is still DOWN, though it's up and working.
