Seam Remoting examples are broken for FP

    Description

      Seam Remoting Helloworld examples fails on client side because of missing exceptionHandler object.
      It looks like the same problem holds for Seam Remoting Chatroom examples and it probably appears since backporting of JBSEAM-633 into Seam 2.0.2.FP (JBPAPP-2272). This issue is not present for Seam 1.

      Further details:
      JavaScript method execute() needs exceptionHandler as the last argument according to its signature in remote.js inside of seam-remoting library.
      The method invocation is generated inside of event handler by s:remote tag requires passing exceptionHandler too. This object is not present in JavaScript scope.
