Tag EAP in a non ambigous way for Jopr to distinguish between EAP 5 and AS 5

EAP 5 needs to be tagged as such (e.g. with a EAP- prefix ) in the
Manifest Implementation-Version ( Attributes.Name.IMPLEMENTATION_VERSION )

Alternatively / in addition, the "Implementation-Title" should be "JBoss [EAP]"

This is needed so that Jopr can pick this up and correctly display the server version.
