JBAS-6116 - UserTransaction.commit()/rollback() are not fully compliant with the JTA standard

      Transaction propagation context is not always cleared after executing UserTransaction.commit()/rollback()
      and this can have a negative impact (it won't allow new transactions) when using sticky transactions after
      facing a failure scenario, such as node shutdown.
