Eclipse plugin update for IronJacamar 1.1

Update eclipse plugin with new features included in resource adapter 1.1 schema, which includes:

• an id attribute in resource-adapter
• work manager security configuration
• initial-pool-size for the pool configuration
• capacity for the pool configuration
• sharable and enlistment for MCF
