A new feature has been implemented that produces tool-tips for expression language that references message bundles. The tool-tip provided functions in a similar manor to those already provided for expression language that references Java code.

So far JBT shows tooltips only for ELs referenced to java.
Let's add tooltips for message bundles too.
For example the tooltip for #{msgs.propertyA} will show the path to the message bundle resource.

will show the path to the message bundle resource and the property name and value (or all of them if there are a few locals with the same property?)
