Browsersim app for testing mobile/desktop web apps

      A new feature has been created that allows a user to test web pages as if viewed on portable devices. BrowserSim allows a user to select one of numerous devices and test the usability of a web page. This new feature allows for easy testing and debugging of sites and pages for mobile devices.

      Make possible to preview the rendering of web pages for different devices.

      Update:

      The application is created. Now there are three ways to run it from Eclipse:

      1. Set it as default web browser.
      2. Click on the application icon on the Eclipse toolbar (by default the icon is disabled - see JBIDE-10417, JBIDE-10424).
      3. Right-click an html, htm or xhtml file and select Open With->BrowserSim
