Guided Drools Rule Editor is missing

    Description

      It's not possible to create new Guider Rule via menu File > New > Drools. Tree item "Guider Rule" is missing in wizard tree.

      When trying to open guided rule file created with previous version of JBDS there is missing option "Guided Rule Editor" in "Open With" context menu of selected guided rule file.
