AS7 server adapter: Publish has no effect

      1) create an AS7 server adapter
      2) start the server adapter
      3) add a web probject to it
      4) remove war from server manually (on cli)
      5) choose "Publish" from context-menu of your server adapter

      Result:
      Nothing happens. Web proj is not redeployed again

      Expected:
      The web adapter sees that the proj was deleted and redeploys
