Guvnor is added to the context menu of *every* resource even though I havent enabled Guvnor

    • The guvnor popup menu was changed to be appear only when a repository was defined or if the resource's project contains a resource that has been in guvnor controlled.

      Right click a resource on any project and it will have Guvnor in the top root context menu.

      Same problem there was with Modeshape and Drools originally - not sure why Guvnor suddenly pops up here ;(
