Launch instance wizard: add history to text field on the RSE and Server adapter page

the 2nd wizard page when launching instances allows you to indicate the settings for the server adapter (path of the settigs-file, profile, server home, etc.). It would be nice if those text fields had list of former entries to choose from so that you'd not have to type in the same things again and again.
